Return Policy – Green Craft House

At Green Craft House, all tea blends and gift sets are handcrafted and prepared in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

• All tea products are consumable food items and cannot be resold once opened or returned.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, returned tea products cannot be restocked.
• Each order is quality-checked and securely packed before shipment.
• Many products are prepared in limited handcrafted batches or made-to-order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
